Deborah Fullick

Group Operations Support Manager

My journey with TRG began in 2014 as a Credit Controller;  the first thing I noticed was that the weeks just seemed to fly past and there was so much for me to learn. You can certainly progress your career here because I soon became Head Office Manager.

This was a challenging role working in Accounts, and my new nickname became “Deadline Deb” and they even bought me the t-shirt!  There were still greater prospects ahead and I am now a member of Senior Management and currently the Group Operations Support Manager.

It is great to see the “Team Spirit” here and I can honestly say that I learn something new every day. Each day you will see comments providing motivation and praise, which is uplifting and rewarding for every team member; everyone is included and made to feel special.

The Directors here are very generous, and the Annual Awards event is the highlight of each year and the celebrations go on all night. The accolades achieved across the business for the recognition of success is both given and received with the greatest pride.
