Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Recycling Worker to join our team. As a Recycling Worker, you will play a crucial role in the recycling process, ensuring that materials are properly sorted and prepared for recycling. This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting and mechanical knowledge.

This role will be Physically demanding, will require a lot of walking manual work.

Collection of waste from residential properties in the area and loading onto the Vehicle.

Duties:
- Sort and separate recyclable materials, such as paper, plastic, glass, and metal
- Operate machinery and equipment to process recyclable materials
- Monitor the recycling process to ensure efficiency and quality control
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment
- Assist with loading and unloading materials for transportation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Ability to perform heavy lifting on a regular basis
- Mechanical knowledge to operate machinery and equipment
- Strong attention to detail to accurately sort recyclable materials
- Physical stamina to withstand long hours of standing, bending, and lifting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
