Job Title: Warehouse Operative

Location: GL20, Tewksbury

Salary: £11.44 to £12.50 per hour

Hours: 07.00 - 17.00, Monday to Friday

Job Type: Temporary to Permanent, Full-time

About the Role:

Our client, a well-established company, is seeking hardworking and reliable warehouse workers to join their team. This is a great opportunity, providing an excellent pathway to a permanent position for the right candidate. The role involves picking, packing, labelling and wrapping pallets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manual Handling: Engage in physical tasks, including lifting, moving, and stacking goods as required.
• Health & Safety: Adhere to all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience in a warehousing or similar environment.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to perform manual tasks, including heavy lifting and moving goods.
• Work Ethic: A strong, proactive work ethic with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Reliability: Punctual and dependable, with a commitment to working the specified hours consistently.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in all tasks, particularly when handling stock and updating records.
