The Role would include:

• Managing a portfolio of clients
• Ensure all candidates are recruited professionally in line with legislation compliance
• Co-ordinate daily the temporary workforce inline with the clients fluctuating orders in and out of normal working hours.
• Filling client requirements at a fast pace under tight deadlines
• Growing accounts by daily calls and weekly visits to site
• Proactively seek further business opportunities
• Writing and managing job adverts
• Basic pay rolling
• Collating weekly availability

The Successful Person would have the following attributes:

• Experience in recruitment - Driving and Industrial sector knowledge is preferred
• Comfortable with Microsoft packages
• Well organised
• Great Attention to detail
• Articulate and Confident
• People person with a great personality
• Ambitious and driven
• Resilient
• Able to remain calm under pressure
• Caring and passionate about the workforce
• Own transport
