Position: Packing Operative
Location: Bridgend
Hourly Rate: £14.07 per hour
Overtime: Time and a half and double time available
Shift Pattern: 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week (Day Shift and Night Shift available)
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Pay: Weekly Pay

We are seeking dedicated and reliable Packing Operatives to join our client’s dynamic team in the manufacturing sector based in Bridgend. Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently and accurately pack products according to company standards.
• Ensure all packed items meet quality control guidelines.
• Operate and maintain packing machinery and equipment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a packing or manufacturing environment is advantageous.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to a temporary to permanent position.
