An exciting and unique career opportunity has arisen within The THOMAS Recruitment Group for an On-Site Recruitment Consultant to join our team, based at our Clients premises in Blackwood.

We are now looking for an experienced On-Site Recruitment Consultant to over-see the operation based at our client’s premises.

The Role would include:

  • Ensuring we deliver 100% fulfilment to our client at a fast pace under tight deadlines
  • Develop and maintain an effective working relationship with the client’s team
  • Registering, inducting and providing site-tours for workers
  • Weekly payroll
  • Ensuring all candidates are recruited professionally in line with legislation compliance
  • Co-ordinate daily the temporary workforce inline with clients fluctuating orders.
  • Collating weekly availability
  • Supporting our client with a 24 hour service to our client when required, on-call phone

The Successful Person would have the following attributes:

  • Experience in managing an on-site account is preferred
  • Ideally experience within the industrial sector
  • Comfortable with Microsoft packages
  • Great Attention to detail
  • Articulate and Confident
  • People person with a great personality
  • Ambitious and driven
  • Able to remain calm under pressure
  • Caring and passionate about the workforce
