The THOMAS Recruitment Group has an exciting MIG Welder opportunity to offer the successful candidate the ability to join an award-winning automotive factory based in West Bromwich (B71). You will be joining a well-established business that will continuously support your development throughout your employment. This is an ongoing temporary opportunity for the right candidate.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• MIG steel production welding.
• Working within a team to ensure that targets and deadlines are met.
• General housekeeping duties when required.

Your Shifts:

• Afternoon Shift
• 2 pm - 10 pm and 12 pm - 6 pm on Fridays
• Monday to Friday

Your Pay Rate:

• From £13.24 p/hour (Overtime rate after 38 hours £14.84 p/hour)

• Previous welding experience is essential.
• MIG Welding experience is essential.
• A welding certificate recognised by an awarding body is desirable.
• Strong can-do attitude.
• Required to have excellent communication skills.
• Be confident working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to assist with business needs.
