Job Title: LGV C HIAB Driver

Location: LS12, Leeds

Working Hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Duration: Temporary for 2-3 weeks

Rate: £18 per hour

Job Description:

Our client, a prominent company in the construction industry, is seeking a skilled and reliable LGV C HIAB Driver to join their team on a temporary basis. This role involves the safe and efficient delivery of construction materials to various sites, ensuring timely and accurate transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate an LGV C vehicle equipped with a HIAB crane to load, transport, and unload materials.
• Conduct pre-operational checks on the vehicle and HIAB equipment.
• Ensure secure and safe loading of materials.
• Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies.
• Deliver materials to designated locations as per the schedule.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle logs.
• Communicate effectively with the logistics team and site managers.
• Provide excellent customer service at delivery points.

Requirements:

• Valid LGV C (Class 2) driving license.
• HIAB (Brick Grab) certification and experience.
• Proven experience in operating an LGV C vehicle and HIAB crane.
• Knowledge of road safety regulations and best practices.
• Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
