THOMAS Recruitment Group is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and self-motivated operative to join our team. The operative will work as a part of the Production team and will be responsible for manufacturing, packaging, and quality checking a few of our customers products.

The Role

• Working within a fast-paced Food Production Environment.
• Carrying out all duties in line customer specifications and requirements in compliance with Food Safety and Health and Guidelines.
• Understanding of both individual and department targets.
• Responsibly for Quality Inspection of final product.

Available Rota

• 4 days on 4 days off
• 6am -6pm

The Successful Candidate

• Will have an excellent work ethic, adhere to all Health and Safety Policies.
• Always wear PPE.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive, resilient, tenacious can-do attitude.
• Experience is preferred but not essential.
