The THOMAS Recruitment Group is currently recruiting Factory Operatives for a leading engineering and fabrication manufacturer, that specializes in the global automotive, commercial vehicle, off-highway, and industrial sectors, based in West Bromwich (B71). This is a temporary ongoing opportunity for the right candidates.

Your Shifts:

• 6 am - 2 pm/ 6 am - 12 pm on Fridays
• 2 pm - 10 pm/ 12 pm - 6 pm on Fridays
• 7:30 am – 4:30 pm/ 7:30 am – 12 :30 pm on Fridays
• Monday to Friday
• Full-time

Your Pay Rate:

• Under 21 : £10.42 (Overtime rate after 39 hours £11.68)
• 21 and Over 21's: £11.44 (Overtime rate after 39 hours £12.82)

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Operating basic machinery.
• Assembly and testing parts.
• Work in line with production targets and in-process quality checks.
• Maintain a clean and functional work environment.
• Identify machine faults and report to maintenance technicians as required.
