Job Summary:

We are seeking a Grounds Operative to join our team in maintaining and enhancing the grounds of our estate. The successful candidate will be involved in various landscaping tasks to ensure the upkeep and aesthetic appeal of the property.

You will be required to travel to 4 sites throughout the Torfaen area and maintain the general grounds maintenance.

Duties:
- Grass cutting (Strimmer) and general maintenance duties
- Undertake groundskeeping duties such as mowing, weeding, and planting
- Assist in building and maintaining garden structures
- Dig and prepare soil for planting
- Utilise hand tools for landscaping tasks
- Apply mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance
- Irrigate plants and maintain garden watering systems
- Operate power tools for landscaping projects

Experience:
- Prior experience in groundskeeping or landscaping is advantageous
- Proficiency in using hand tools for gardening tasks
- Knowledge of mechanical equipment for maintenance purposes
- Ability to irrigate and care for plants effectively
- Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices
