Job Overview:
As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for carrying out administrative tasks to ensure a smooth and effective running of the branch. You will manage customer inquiries, process sales orders, and ensure smooth communication between all departments. Your role will be crucial in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and ensuring that the sales process runs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support: Provide administrative support, including preparing quotes, proposals, and sales reports.
  • Order Processing: Accurately process sales orders and ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email and face to face, providing information on products, pricing, and availability.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Documentation: Prepare and manage sales-related documents such as contracts, invoices, and delivery notes.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a sales administration or similar role is essential.
  • Skills: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in processing orders and maintaining records.
