Holidays - How many do I have? How can I book a holiday?
This process is the same regardless of where you work with THOMAS. Please email accounts@thomasrecruitment.co.uk for any questions regarding your holidays or if you need to book a holiday.
All workers have the right under the Working Time Regulations to accrue 5.6 weeks annual leave in a leave year. THOMAS Recruitment’s leave year runs from January to December each year. You will start accruing holidays from the first day of your assignment. What you are paid when you take holidays will be dependent on your average earnings over the previous 12 weeks and therefore will fluctuate based on the assignments you worked on at the time.
You must contact our payroll department (accounts@thomasrecruitment.co.uk) regarding holiday pay to request it and please note that holidays must be taken before the end of the leave year and payment will not be made in lieu.
When will I get my pay slip?
You will be paid every Friday for the work you completed in the previous week. If this is your first week working with us, you'll be paid for that week at the end of your second week of work.
