I’m very passionate about my work and delivering excellence. In the past 18 months, I’ve been promoted twice to my current role of Regional Contracts Manager. I have always worked on-site, proving myself consistently through 1st class service, delivery, and relationships – all of which I’m very enthusiastic about.

My on-site track record and experience have allowed me to unlock my potential, becoming the head of implementing several Managed Service wins for THOMAS over the past few years. I’m pro-active and results-driven, so implementing and managing on-site complements my skillset perfectly.

I’ve been able to understand the mechanics of each of our Managed Service sites and identify important areas of development such as:

• Introducing new procedures to enhance skill and retention at the site.
• Creating processes with the client’s team to reduce green labour and increase productivity.
• Designing a whole new induction process to ensure its engaging whilst being beneficial to all parties.
• Creating an inclusive and positive culture within the site workforce.
• Worked with our marketing team to develop an ‘out of the box’ recruitment campaign, where needed.
• Setting and agreeing on KPI’s with our partners which are reviewed monthly.

I’m a hands-on person and always are striving for the very best outcome which is the expectation across all my teams and the company – I’m very lucky to have a very talented team of on-site staff who are progressing through their career paths whilst ‘wow-ing’ our clients every day!

My favourite part of my role is spending quality time with my team, supporting them to achieve their goals and taking my clients out, having a laugh, and socialising!
