I’ve recently hit my 10-year milestone in recruitment, and I can say that I’m truly still in love with my job. Starting my career in operations, I have had mass exposure to service delivery within Industrial and Driving and what the recipe for success looks like. 

After 7 years in the industry, I felt I had unbeatable knowledge and a fantastic reputation to further fuel my true passion - providing solutions.

Joining THOMAS Recruitment was a crucial career move for me as the offering from recruitment agencies is typically similar and quite flat. Knowing THOMAS offer recruitment models which are so intricate and tailored combined with high standards, I knew that being part of their team would create total job satisfaction for me and potential partners.

Being quite a nosey person but also time served in operations, I’m in a unique position to hone in on the client’s current service and how it could be improved. Understanding their operation in detail allows me to work with our talented team to create these solutions that will be delivered, separating us from the competition.

When you’re so passionate about what you do and what you can deliver then naturally, you’re prepared to go the extra mile. Which has sometimes meant jumping onto a production line, putting on a headset, or in the cab with a driver to really understand the role to ensure we deliver it right the first time.

We have consistent competitions whether it’s bake-off or sports day and recognise our hard work with Employee of the Month and trips abroad - they really spoil us.
