You will be working alongside extremely successful Recruitment Executives who will teach you the solid foundations of the industry and give you an invaluable experience of working to the highest standards that you cannot get anywhere else.

The Role

• Answering the telephone
• Following compliance procedures
• Sourcing of the appropriate candidates for vacancies acquired.
• Drafting and placing adverts on various job websites.
• Pre-screening of candidates over the telephone.
• Filling client bookings
• Client visits on a regular basis
• Ensuring all paperwork is processed correctly
• Pre-screening candidates for potential job positions
• Booking interviews
• Conducting face to face interviews
