The THOMAS Recruitment Group, a highly successful and award-winning recruitment company, have a fantastic opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Team at Cardiff HQ. This is an interim role for an initial period of 6 months.
The Role
- Head hunting Top Talent within the Recruitment industry across the UK
- Building talent pools and proactively source potential employees
- Screen CV’s, interview candidates and provide feedback and progress updates
- Advertise job openings on job boards and social networks
- Develop a good understanding of the business and the industry, work culture and environment
- Recruit for a wide range of roles across our offices
- Onboarding of new employees including inductions
- Supporting all talent related transitions
- Recruitment Compliance audits
- Guiding staff to available resources
- Deliver an outstanding employee experience across all areas of the business
The Successful Candidate
- Previous experience as a Talent Acquisition specialist is essential
- Experienced with media channels such as LinkedIn and Facebook
- Confident
- Reliable
- Highly self-motivated for success
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Good spelling and grammar along with attention to detail
- Excellent telephone manner
- IT skills in both Word & Excel
- Ability to work at pace and to tight timescales
- Keen to learn
- Flexible
