The THOMAS Recruitment Group, a highly successful and award-winning recruitment company, have a fantastic opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Team at Cardiff HQ. This is an interim role for an initial period of 6 months.

The Role

• Head hunting Top Talent within the Recruitment industry across the UK
• Building talent pools and proactively source potential employees
• Screen CV’s, interview candidates and provide feedback and progress updates
• Advertise job openings on job boards and social networks
• Develop a good understanding of the business and the industry, work culture and environment
• Recruit for a wide range of roles across our offices
• Onboarding of new employees including inductions
• Supporting all talent related transitions
• Recruitment Compliance audits
• Guiding staff to available resources
• Deliver an outstanding employee experience across all areas of the business

The Successful Candidate

• Previous experience as a Talent Acquisition specialist is essential
• Experienced with media channels such as LinkedIn and Facebook
• Confident
• Reliable
• Highly self-motivated for success
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Good spelling and grammar along with attention to detail
• Excellent telephone manner
• IT skills in both Word & Excel
• Ability to work at pace and to tight timescales
• Keen to learn
• Flexible
