Thomas Recruitment requires Production Operators to work at our client’s site in Blackwood, the client offers a good working environment, free onsite parking, and stable ongoing work.

You will be working in a busy production environment.

You will be expected to ensure that targets are met in a timely and professional manner, whilst making a quality product.

The Role

This role is responsible for organizing, separating, and granulation of scrap PVC/PET film, and ensuring material is stored and protected to maintain the quality of the product. The successful person will also be required to support production, clean machinery, and undertake scheduled and stop checks when required.

Reporting to the Materials Team Leader.

Full training will be given.

You will work a shift pattern of 4 on 4 off Day and Night shifts

The rate of pay is: Days – £9.50 Nights – £10.50

• Full Flexibility
• Good written and communication skills.
• Computer skills/ability would be an advantage
• Experience within a manufacturing environment
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekend and Bank Holiday working.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Have access to your own vehicle
• Available immediately
• Relative experience in a similar position
