Based out of our Head Office in Cardiff, our Central sales team is seeking a sharp, dedicated, passionate and money-hungry Business Development Manager to seek out new business opportunities focusing particularly on the ‘bigger ticket’ wins. You’ll be selling into the manufacturing sector focusing on solid ROI and ‘Pinch points’ for the prospects, therefore experience in selling intangibles is crucial in this role..
We are looking for a seasoned and consultative sales professional who clearly understands the approach to winning big business. Through your hard work and determination, you will have the potential to earn an OTE of well over £80k plus!
As a pure ‘Hunter’ of new business
- Driving new business revenue opportunities
- Cold calling decision makers at all levels from Managers to Human Resources & Directors.
- Successfully acquiring new clients via telephone calls to businesses within your geographical area
- Meeting with potential clients for business opportunities
- Looking at tender opportunities
- Experience in Recruitment sales is preferred
- Experience of selling ‘intangibles’ is crucial
- Experience in B2B sales is essential with a strong track record of larger winning.
