You will be working alongside extremely successful Recruitment Consultants who will teach you tricks of the trade and give you an invaluable experience that you cannot get anywhere else!
- Complete admin tasks on a daily basis
- Managing potential candidates
- Ensuring impeccable standards of service & transparency to the client as well to temporary workers
- Active role in problem solving
- Inputting data into computer systems
- Following compliance procedures
- Booking interviews
- Pre-screening candidates for potential interview
- Writing and managing job adverts
For this role, you will not require any previous experience within the industry although you will need to possess the following attributes:
- Excellent organisational skills
- Passion to succeed
- Influential communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and complete tasks to deadlines
- Hands on
- Able to work at a fast pace
- Thirst for knowledge
- Highly motivated
- Excellent numerical skills
