Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager for one of our clients based in Porth, Rhondda. The ideal candidate will lead the sales department, drive revenue growth, and foster strong client relationships.

Duties:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
• Manage key client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
• Analyze sales data and trends to provide actionable insights
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance offerings
• Conduct sales presentations and negotiations with potential clients

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas and negotiate deals
• Organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel for data analysis
• Prior Experience in Sales Management Role for a Minimum of 3 Years
• Proven ability to motivate and lead sales teams
• Good understanding of P&L Accounts
• Ability to create and implement strategic sales plans

Qualifications:

• Qualified in an engineering related subject (Desirable)
• Management NVQ or higher (Desirable)
• Proven Sales management experience (Essential)
