This year I celebrated 7 years with the business, and my many successes are driven by two leading factors; attributes and nurture, couple these together and I’m a force to be reckoned with. I am competitive, passionate, determined, gritty, and unshakably loyal, I truly believe in the ethos of doing whatever it takes to deliver results. Luckily, I have spent the last 7 years of my career surrounded by like-minded individuals and being coached by the best in the industry. THOMAS Recruitment is fiercely hungry and holds 1^st class standards in high regard whilst operating and providing a solution or service. Both factors, attributes, and nurture, have led me to countless wins, awards, and have ultimately provided me with a guaranteed recipe for success.

Throughout my career, I have coached and led many teams to career milestones; 7 promotions, 4 internal transfers, 16 awards, and lots of fun! Nothing gives me more job satisfaction than seeing an individual develop themselves, achieve far more than they ever thought possible, and smash through any obstacles faced. Careers are really made here at The THOMAS Recruitment Group; individuals are provided with a tailored developmental pathway to ensure they’re getting the most out of their personal journey, and continuously improving their performance.

My journey at THOMAS so far has been a real pinch-me moment, starting as a Trainee Business Development Executive in 2017 and then sidestepping into the service team as a Recruitment Executive. I quickly found my love for recruitment and became a Trainee Business Manager for the Driving Division, once a fully-fledged Business Manager, the division went from strength to strength, and I was promoted to an Area Manager to manage the branches across South Wales and Southwest. Now 6 months into my journey as the Group Operations Manager, I must thank my lucky stars that I was offered that initial role over 6 years ago, as every day my career aspirations are becoming a reality.

All my client relationships are watertight, the partnerships are built on trust, honesty, and outstanding delivery; this allows me to perform in a consultancy manner for both the clients and candidates. Many of these clients have been with the business for the last 16 years, working with me for the past 6 years, and I’m so lucky to be able to call these clients friends too.

I’m proud of the fact that I’m a high performer, will consistently deliver excellence, and see no limitations to the service that I’m able to provide. The future to me looks incredibly bright, I’m looking forward to continuing successes, welcoming new clients, candidates, and colleagues, and driving THOMAS Recruitment to achieve its ultimate mission!
